• Yes and No, the xbox one / S / X have a settings menu to where you select where and how you want the audio to be delivered.

• This is a setting on your xbox or playstaion in the volume controls. You can set it to play just head phones, or just tv or mix.

• It's Bluetooth compatible to your Xbox if you have a Sound Bar connected to the TV there's no need to turn the sound bar on headset controls all the volume
