Why do ppl keep saying the sound is bad. null

They must be confusing this with another product.

Active game volume limit is restricted to a certain degree. Especially when engaged in a party chat. It's difficult to a get a balance of game volume and party chat at the same time. I would suggest if you're looking for ultimate 3D sound. These are not the headphones fro you.

It’s really not bad, superhuman mode is a bit to get used to, playing full sound superhuman mode I don’t really hear anything around me noticeably unless I’m trying to hear outside sounds. There are better options I’m sure, for the price and warranty it’s not terrible.

Some folks have reported interference or static that they relate to the wifi connectivity of the headset to your computer or xbox. I have not experienced this personally, and I live in a large apartment building in an urban area.
