No most likely no if the consoles are right next to each than maybe might not connect very easily, but if the consols are like across the room then that would be fine.

They should not because they link up directly with the Xbox. So if they are linked to two separate Xbox there should not be an issue.

No. You have to sync to the specific Xbox. No interference. I have two 600s that my kids use next to each other.
