“I bought the stealth 700 gen 2 max and the tv is recognizing the dongle but the headset isn’t connecting to both PlayStation and Xbox. Have tried resyncing and updating headset via computer. Is there a way to fix this issue I have missed?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should be able to sync this with your Xbox without the dongle. Mine works just fine, as far as ps5 I use the dongle in a usb hub connected to the back port of ps5. The front looses connection because it's only meant to charge the controllers
