Yes, this is compatible with really any device with a bluetooth transmitter/receiver (iPhones, iPads, laptops, etc..). As far as being adjustable for grade school children, I’m assuming you mean the size. Overall, the clamping force of these is pretty firm, so they should fit most heads.

In regard to the fit, our headsets are designed to fit a wide variety of head sizes and can be adjusted for a better fit. Your experience may vary, as it is not possible to design a headset that will fit 100% of our users. However, we've done a good job of covering a wide variety of head sizes.
