• As long as it has Bluetooth, it should work like normal. I've had no lag issues with mine.

• Not sure about the laptop but it does have Bluetooth and works fine with Xbox which is Microsoft based. Pairs to my phone so I don’t see why it wouldn’t pair to your laptop. Lag is not an issue for my setup either. Hope this helps.

• If your laptop is equipped with Xbox Wireless, then you can pair your headset directly to your PC using the same method you'd use to pair it to an Xbox console. If your laptop is not equipped with Xbox Wireless, you would be in need of an additional adapter known as the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10.
