Pretty sure you can. I use the dongle on my xbox and the dongle on my PC, but the PC should work the same with bluetooth. The xbox party allows you to adjust the volume of individuals, but i don't use discord enough to verify that. I have often connected bluetooth and wireless dongle at the same time, so i imagine both sides could hear you talking even if discord people can't hear xbox party chatters. Xbox now supports discord, so you could get your buddies on discord from the xbox and it would be the same party as your PC.
