“Can the thumbsticks be easily swapped out for taller or different shaped ones like with Microsoft's Elite controller? I like to use a taller right thumbstick for more precise aiming in games.”

I do not think so, but they do come with caps for the controller and I'm pretty sure that some Kontrol Freaks would work on it too, have not tried as of yet though.
