Such as an audio device that has an 3.5mm output you could plug the "Airfly" into the device and, once paired to your wireless headsets, you should be able to hear what was playing. The AirFly narrative says "Built-in battery For up to eight hours of use" so you could plug it into your phone or whatever and listen to the audio for up to eight hours on your wireless headset once paired.
