No. This allows deivces without Bluetooth (like TVs, CD players, and so on) to connect to Bluetooth headphones, ear buds, and speakers. Apple does sell the charging case for your AirPods in both wired and wireless options. Or if you're missing the charge cable, any Lightning cable will do.
