Yes, there's just two hundred more rgb led lights on the string (the string is longer, obviously).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They're the same. I've got a 600 string and a 400 cluster. Same bulbs. They do offer some different ones that are just white and some RGBW bulbs, so I suspect those might be a bit different, but generally, LEDs come in two shapes - the rounded and the flat tipped. These are flat tipped. If you plan on combining strings into a larger group (a feature where you can combine two or more strings to act like one larger continuous one), the RGB and the RGBW bulbs can't be mixed. Otherwise, they can be used together fine. Each string can be accessed by the app separately.
