From what I have witnessed, the LED flashes while charging and then goes solid when fully charged. It does not go off.

My charger LEDs stay lit as well.

The led is on as long as the charger is plugged in, it does not shut off

The large green circle light stays on apparently to let you know the pad has power I guess. Not a fan of it myself, but it at least reminds you not to lay your wallet with credit cards near it.

This only attaches to the back of the phone or case to make it easier to hang on to. There is no power to turn on or off.
