“Purchased tzumi charger in December three weeks later not charging my phone and the light is blue and green when it does come on. Went to Best Buy store to exchange or upgrade told I have to visit website which I still can’t find. Please advise.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As a consumer, I would expect Best Buy to honor a refund and/or exchange if the product isn't working. Nonetheless, I suppose you can select 'Other' from the drop down menu under 'Products' since I didn't see their charging pad listed as an option http://tzumi.com/support/
