“Plugs up charging pad and nothing is happening at all, no green light no nothing what's the problem?”

• Mine doesn’t light up green until a device is laid on top for charging. Sometimes I have to sit it there with a small amount of force to get it to recognize that something is there. Once it does, it charges my device quickly.

• You either have it upside down or did not remove plastic cover on charging dock.
