“Just received my Boom 2 LE Phantom and the serial number on the speaker does not match the one the box. I was told these were brand new speakers on here. Why does the serial number not match ?”

Sounds like a manufacturer issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Talked to a person at Ultimate Ear and they said the box has its own serial number and the speaker has a different serial number intentionally. The item is new . It would still be helpful if Best Buy would label item as new on here as most folks would believe it to be refurbished for $69.
