Hello Sid, unfortunately, the only way to connect the Megaboom 3, Boom 3, or Wonderboom 2 to a mac book is via Bluetooth. Double check your Bluetooth settings on your Macbook Pro. Then, put the speaker in paring mode to connect the speaker to your Macbook Pro.
