“How do I connect Boom 3 to my I phone? The connection was there before but it suddenly disappeared”

• Make your phone forget the initial connection via your Bluetooth settings. Then press the Bluetooth button on the speaker and attempt the connection again. I would recommend you to download the official app for troubleshooting

• Hello, you will want to start by pressing the Bluetooth button on the top of the speaker down until it makes a noise, then it is in pairing mode.
