Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Visit the forums, there's a specific way to reset it. Also, mine had a similar problem in that it would charge therefore not allowing to be able to turn on. So I bought an off brand charging base off of Amazon for like $10 and its worked perfectly ever since.
