Hello, if you hold down the small button on the top (the one closest to the fabric strap) until you hear the chime, it will put the Megaboom 3 in pairing mode. Next go into your bluetooth settings on your phone and wait for it to locate the Megaboom 3. Tap the name on your phone and it should connect! You should also download the Ultimate Ears app (available for free on the Apple App store or Google Play store). This will allow you to update the firmware and gives your speaker a whole bunch of awesome features!
