“My camera was working fine couple months but now on display is massage that it has memory fault. I changed memory card but still same sign over display. Is there anything I can do to fix it?”

What size Card are you using ? try around 16 GB , other chance to fix it .. Turn it on and reset the unit .. let it run without being plugged in , Drain the internal battery completely - Charge the unit, and see if it works. If not reset the camera - there is a hole that a paper clip end will go in and push a button
