“I see a couple of the reviews say that it doesn't have bluetooth. Does this R8 link with Android Auto? I don't want to spend 700 for it not to have some kind of communication which is practically standard in 2025.”

I believe there was a firmware update that allowed for Bluetooth connectivity. Unsure if it connects to android auto.

It does. The newer version just adds WiFi, mostly for updates.
