• My "guess" is that your problem is with a bad wiring connection, interference from a near-by electrical device running the same frequency, or with the Rocketfish boxes themselves. I'd check your system in the order mentioned above. Good Luck.

• Having personally never had this happen after 1 year of use, I'd say your unit is defective and should be exchanged.
