“Can't connect When I plug in my sender it blinks consistently. When I plug in and turn on the receiver it blinks quickly and then stops completely. I have tried to hold the power switch for different amount of time but the unit will not stay on. I have also tried to pair the units per the instructions but with no luck. What am I doing wrong?”

DON'T push and hold. Try just a swift tap. And or press the connect button on bottom of transmitter and back of receiver. Mine never connected either. I had to use my 5 year old transmitter.

Follow the necessary steps in the Quick Setup Guide and refer to the User Manual for any other assistance. http://www.rocketfishproducts.com/products/home-theater/RF-WHTIB.html If you still experience connectivity issues afterwards, then I would recommend bringing it, along with the receipt, back to the place of purchase to seek warranty replacement (providing it's still under warranty). If it's beyond warranty, then you will need to buy a replacement at your own expense.
