• This one stumped me until I realized that the Rockfish receivers a volume knob that was turned all the way down. Simply turned it up and wala!

• This may be that your reciever is not set to send sound on surround. Make sure that it is delivering surround sound and make sure that the content you're watching also supports surround. Hope this helps
