If your powered sub accepts speaker-wire inputs, then yes this could work for that. But it does only have two channels. so you're not going to get your L and R rears, PLUS the sub output if that's what you're wondering. all the inputs and outputs of the system are speaker wire only, though - no RCA (which some powered subs only take)
