The connections for the Rocketfish Wireless Speaker Kit require you strip your wires and pin them down (much like many of the Receivers speaker connections). I do not think the Bose Wave has this type of connection in the back, so it would require you to strip a wire from an Aux output on the Bose and then splice it into the Rocketfish receiver. This is bound to cause you noise and horrible sound quality. Same thing would apply to the TV connection, since TVs don't have that type of speaker connections to the back of them. So in short, yes, this thing is compatible with anything, but the wire connectors doesn't make it practical for this type of connection.
