“Hello, I just purchased this projector to use for Halloween. It has the USB port which is what I wanted. The only thing is I can’t get it to play. When i go to the USB option at the bottom and click play or ok for movie, nothing happens. Help please!!”

I wish I had a response for you. This appears to just be a paperweight now, a very large one. I thought I could connect to my phone via usb but it doesn’t work, somehow I managed to get it to connect to my phone but it’s not just connect via Bluetooth you need to put your details into a website which I am not sure why. If it’s Bluetooth it should just do that, connect. Then I tried to play Netflix, disney plus, amazing, none of them worked. It sounds like you have to buy an Apple TV or Chromecast and even then I don’t know if it will work. It plays videos from my photos but that’s not why I bought it. It has all these restrictions I didn’t realize. Hopefully you will find better information than I did or you’ll be lucky enough to turn it in and get your money back on time since I couldn’t. This is supposed to be a great help on trips and hotel rooms as a fun night in the backyard watching movies on the garage door in our supposed winter months in Florida. For us this thing sucks
