Can you play movies from your iPhone on this null

I tried playing a movie on Amazon, Hulu, Vudu, Movies Anywhere from my IPad and it would give audio and a poster of the movie but no actual picture. Seems like a copyright issue of some sort. I bought the apple hdmi adapter and that worked but it’s an extra expense. Streams from regular YouTube fine, not sure about YouTube TV.

If you get a Chromecast I know you can for sure. That’s how I’m using it!
