No you cannot . Even tho total wireless is a sub network of Verizon and also runs on there network . Verizon prepaid phones can only be used with an actual Verizon account . And only 3 plans available one for 90 a month 80 and one for 70 .. plus now they even require you to have the phone for a full year before unlocking it
