“I got the Vidbox for Mac and got everything set up correctly, I am using a T.V. with a VHS slot, but when I go to record the video on my mac on vidbox the screen is green or black? I am not sure what is causing this or how to fix it.”

Most TV/VCR combination devices do not have RCA outputs that can send out video/audio to equipment like this. Please check that the TV you are using does label those as outputs rather than inputs. If you continue to notice issue, please call us directly to look into it further.
