• My camcorder has the same input and came with an RCA cable on one end and the av port on the other. If you don't have that cable you can likely find one on Amazon.

• Yes, it will work if you have the appropriate AV cable for the camcorder that has RCA outputs on the other end. Confer with the user manual for the camcorder on the appropriate connections to use for output.
