The same thing happened to me. Try this - if you have a PC, right click on the Vidbox icon. Click on Properties Choose the "Compatibility" tab Look for the "Settings" section, and click on the drop down menu (it may currently say 16-bit (65536) color) Choose a lower setting (might say 8-bit) This worked like a charm and I can watch the video as it records in the preview window on Vidbox. If you have a Mac, you're still trying to change the same setting. I'm sure there's a similar way to adjust it.
