“Why when recording does it show up as black and white when if I play it on my tv it's in color?”

• This should not be happening, and it would be best for it to be investigated with our support team. Please visit the VIDBOX website to contact us directly. In the meantime, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting all cables and trying other USB ports on the computer in case there is just a connection that is not making full contact.
