Just recently I had a Viper one way system installed. I went directly to the service area and talked to service guy about my old alarm. He asked me if I wanted it checked out. I decided to have a new one installed and ordered it right on the spot including scheduling an appointment. You should go directly to the service people and maybe get some assistance.
