There should be a pamphlet on how to activate your phone or you can call Virgin mobile and they can walk you thru it. I bought my phone from Best Buy and they activated my phone. You have to purchase minutes every month. I usually buy several prepaid cards at once. Virgin mobile will deduct your monthly amount and send you a text.

Please try again later.You would need to call virgin mobile to activate the phone and use pre-paid cards each month or pay online each month on the virgin mobile website using a credit/debit card. There is no simm card because it is on the CDMA network, which doesn't use sim cards. The GSM networks use sim card.
