• read the instructions that came with SBAR. SOUND WILL SHUT OFF IF YOU WANT TO CONSERVE ENERGY once the set is turned off or after a long oeriod of inactivity. YOU CAN adjust the on/off to stay on .

• Yes it does. You can enable it by pressing power and volume down at the same time. You should see the 4 middle LED's on the left side of the soundbar light up when it's enabled.
