“I have this soundbar hooked up via the optical cable to a brand new Samsung 7000 series TV. I can't get the sound to work on the soundbar via the optical cable and when I use the Bluetooth function it has a very noticeable delay. Any advice?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have same issue on a 2 yr old Sony 60', optical does not work, had to use stereo jack. It is what it is, I was going to return it but optical cable worked on Samsung???? Could be just a setting on your TV......
