• Yes, it has Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube and many more. I counted 40 apps as of 12/2019. They are pre-selected, no app store that I can find. I'm not sure if the qty changes over time or not.

• Does have apps you mentioned...BUT DOES NOT ACCEPT "SLING TV" as described in specifications. Spoke with Vizio rep and he confirmed this model,D24f-g1,is not Sling TV capable.Need a Roku or similar device
