Please try again later.If its connected via fiber optic or hdmi arc, a signal can be transmitted from the TV to the system and cause the sound bar to turn on automatically. From turning the TV on to even changing a channel. It could be a communication error between the TV and the sound system. There may be nothing wrong with either one. Also, there may not be a way to fix it. If I were you, I would see if the system can be replaced with a new one and start there. Good luck.
