It comes with 4 brackets. (Two for the soundbar and one per each rear speaker)

Yes! 4 (1 per satellite and 2 for sound bar) wall mounts (you will need your own screws for attaching the mounts to the wall. 2 bolts that attach to the sound bar or satellites and it sides into the wall mount. Simple, easy and secure
