Hello Jaseela, Vizio TVs are designed and sold for use in U.S.A., Mexico, and Canada. Rather than measuring in wattage which is just a measurement of power draw, we measure soundbars in sound pressure level, or dB. This soundbar goes as loud as 101dB with a frequency response of 40Hz – 20kHz. Unfortunately I would not be able to advise on use of step down transformers.
