“Is anybody else experiencing a lag with audio when volume is adjusted? Also, what is very annoying as well, is that the audio isn’t synced with the speaking of persons. It lags as well. We tried a lot to fix this. Do we have to return this?”

I have also noticed that the Vizio V51-H6 audio lags behind the video, but the lag has been very inconsistent for me. Sometimes there's no perceptible lag, sometimes it's just barely noticeable, and sometimes it's intolerable. I updated to the current firmware version (2.1.1.3), but that didn't fix the issue. Fortunately, the lag is usually small enough that I don't notice it. But about 5% to 10% of the power-on cycles exhibit an annoying lag. I have found that a soundbar power-off/power-on cycle usually fixes the problem.
