How difficult is the set up of this 58 inch Vizio? null

Pretty easy. It takes about a half hour. The onboarding has you connect to your WiFi and then mine installed an update, rebooted and installed another update and rebooted. Then it took about 10 minutes to scan for over the air channels. Setting up HomeKit was easy as selecting it from the top menu and scanning the code with my iPhone.
