Google Avaforums and the P65-F1. Settings in there will help out. Of the top of my head.... Auto brightness off Backlight all the way to Color 50 Tint 0 Sharpness 8 Color Temp - computer Black detail off Judder 3 Blur 10 Clear action off

Please try again later.I dont watch sports but in my honest opinion, if you switch to 1080P resolution then it will run at 120HZ, I dont know if it will run at 240HZ at 1080P but 4K will only run at 60HZ max. 1080P still looks great, HDR will still work, but the faster frame rate will show less motion blur so if your watching fast paced games then watching them at 1080P might look better. There is no TV on the market that can run 4K at more then 60HZ at the moment.
