• You may have disabled the TV's speakers. Go into the TV Settings and select Audio. First line says "Speakers" If you are only using the TV's speakers then make sure this says "on." If you've connected the TV to an AV receiver or sound bar then select "off" but make sure you connected them with the ARC HDMI port
