• Hi JoetotheT! There are several external tuners that can be purchased at a variety of price ranges that will connect to this display via HDMI.

• I'm assuming you mean HDMI outputs. The answer is no. This set will only function for Cable use, or set top DVD. Terrible for streaming, and can not do over the air.
