• As long as the transmitter is capable of using a digital optical or an analog red and white port this will work.

• You want to stream music from your phone and to the TV? There is no way to hook up a bluetooth receiver device to an audio input, if that is what you mean. Unless they sell bluetooth receivers that connect thru HDMI, which I don't believe exist? The TV has built in chromecast support and iHeartradio though... You should just get an external speaker bar for the TV that also includes bluetooth (like I did!)
