Hello, For scheduling installation and set up I would recommend contacting your local Best Buy, they are very helpful! This TV does have a built in streaming platform called SmartCast that has a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. It does have support for Amazon Prime Video.
