- Answer This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.

QuestionRecently bought a vizio 70" 4k v series. I'm trying to figure out how to watch tv or dvds without the internet being on. When I turn wifi off it says no network detected I can turn it to tv or dvd and hear the sound but won't show the picture. Please help

- Answer Vizio got it wrong, I'm getting dolby atmos through eARC as well as passthrough from my PC plugged into the tv then the tv hooked up to the reciever.

QuestionI thought a 4k Tv was supposed to have good graphics. My PS4 looks so blurry on it. I've tried thieving to fix this icluding going to the TV picture settings and PS$ picture settings.
