Both models do have height adjustable legs. The distance between outer leg stands for the M75Q7-J03 is going to 23.98". The distance between outer leg stands for the M70Q7-J03 is going to 22.37".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The legs on my M75Q have height adjustment only. This is to raise or lower the TV if you want to use a sound bar that sets under the TV. I would say the 70 is the same from looking at it
